Once the home has been designed and a building permit issued by the relevant council, all clients will have access to the company’s:

2. Job Safety Analysis Policies;
3. Site Safety Induction Plan; and
4. Quality Control Program & Checklist.
These documents will ensure that the client has the utmost confidence in the building process to guarantee the project is completed with total satisfaction with an emphasis on quality. We also understand the need for the design process to be flexible and offer each client the opportunity to discuss any variations on the design of the home.
